Conor has lived experience of psychosis and lives with Schizo-Affective Disorder. After working in the mental health system for a couple of years, Conor noticed that lived experience was valued and integrated to a degree but not as much as it should be. Also, engagement with lived experience voices was disorganised and far from streamlined. By founding LEXPERIENCE, Conor hopes to first of all increase the reach of engagement but also to create a more efficient system for co-production and lived experience integration to flourish.

Conor believes in the idea of a lived experience community and that we are stronger together as one. LEXPERIENCE is designed to be inclusive and open to all in all it's activities.

With a wide range of professional expertise and a unique skillset, Conor is aiming to propel LEXPERIENCE into the public domain and make a real difference to individuals, the system and the world.
